Microwave sterilization experiment of soybean flour

The client company was established in 1995. The product series includes soybean protein series, wheat germ protein series, and expensive edible oil series, etc. They plan to purchase a set of microwave sterilization equipment production line of yield 400 kg per hour. It is mainly used to sterilize soybean protein, whole fat soybean meal, low-temperature soybean meal, defatted wheat germ meal, meal, functional protein, and special milk powder.

Customers are in urgent need of quality sterilization equipment. There is a box microwave equipment in the customer’s factory, which is old and has low output. With the continuous expansion of the scale, we want to purchase a reliable quality, high output, and energy conservation and environmental protection. After the quality is verified by actual production, we will cooperate for a long time. Because the customer also does supporting equipment with other manufacturers. The customer sent samples for testing.

In the first stage, the maximum power of 1000w will be raised to nearly the set temperature.

In the second stage, 600w slowly rises to the set temperature to achieve precision

The third stage maintains the temperature with the power of 100w to extend the sterilization time.

Set the control panel PLC as automatically adjust state according to the above requirements. Simple to operate. Add 6 groups of ultraviolet irradiation to enhance the sterilization effect according to customer requirements.
In the actual production, the materials in the customer’s workshop will be directly packaged after sterilization. Considering that there will be secondary pollution and waste temperature of the materials at the outlet, 4.5 meters of vacuum-sealed transport mechanisms will be installed at the exit.

This scheme requires accurate temperature control, and there is an imported infrared temperature detector in each chamber that is well adjusted for the experiment to strengthen monitoring.

After considering the customer’s demand for output (400 kg/hour), which will continue to increase, we finally provided the customer with a water cooling equipment program of 90 kW. Digital frequency conversion power supply, high power continuous production, high capacity, and at the same time reduce energy consumption, supporting equipment at the exit of the vacuum transmission mechanism, avoiding re-pollution of materials, and exporting is extended by 1500mm. The import and export are equipped with tooth type harrow material to solve the temperature problem after the material processing, the customer is delighted.

The service life of our equipment microwave generator is about 10,000 hours when the power of the microwave generator is fully turned. The equipment is transported by car, and 50% of the payment is paid in advance, and the rest is paid before delivery. The warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, 24-hour on-site service will be provided in other places except for remote areas. After the advance payment arrives, the equipment’s non-special functional requirements will be shipped within 15 days.

Follow-up customers will continue to cooperate with us if they provide supporting services to other manufacturers. The experimental conveyor inlet and outlet are sterilized with alcohol to meet the requirements of sterilization. The experimental materials are weighed accurately, and the customers are invited to have lunch with local characteristics at noon. The experimenters enthusiastically explain the customers’ questions. However, the sterilization test had better be carried out in a closed sterile workshop, It had better do an isolation workshop to restore the real performance of our equipment and technical staff professional level.
